Frequently asked questions
How many people does the meeting room hold?
Around 40–80 people per session, depending on the table layout — theatre style seats more than classroom or U-shape. One programme we hosted in this room had 48 attendees. Tell us how many are coming and we will suggest the layout that works best.
What equipment is provided? Do we need to bring our own?
A projector, screen and a sound system with microphones are set up for you, so there is nothing to bring. The meeting room has Wi-Fi, tables can be arranged in several layouts to suit the session, and there is parking for everyone attending.
Are meals included?
Lunch and coffee breaks are catered for the number attending. Let us know about any allergies or vegetarian requirements when you confirm and we will arrange it.
Can we stay overnight? What are the rooms like?
Yes. Three brands are run by the same team — Grandsmile, Welnez World and Welnez Long Stay — so we can arrange rooms around your numbers and budget. Every room is ozone-sanitised with our OZ1 system before check-in. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00.
Can attendees use the pool, the sauna and the oxygen room?
Yes. The ozone pool and the garden are available throughout the stay. The ozone capsule sauna and the high-oxygen nap room can be included in the package or charged on use — tell us which you prefer when you ask for a quote.
How much does it cost?

Can we visit before deciding?
Yes. You are welcome to see the meeting room, the guest rooms and the facilities in person — message us on LINE or call to arrange a time and our team will show you around.
Is there an airport shuttle?
We do not run an airport shuttle. We are in central Pattaya close to Sukhumvit Road, so taxis and ride-hailing apps reach us easily, and there is parking if your group drives or comes by company van.
