What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, tell us in advance — it depends on availability that day.

Can I cancel my booking, and is there a fee?

Yes, free of charge — with at least 3 days’ notice before check-in in low season (1 April – 15 November), and at least 15 days in high season (16 November – 31 March). Later than that, the terms shown at booking apply. Ask about your dates on LINE @883vfmaq or call +66 81-498-0888.
